ABOUT us
We are an international non-profit organisation specialising in social and health cooperation. Intermed grew out of the experience of our staff who, working with the leading organisations in the field, have carried out health and integrated projects in many developing countries.
Objectives
Supporting disadvantaged populations affected by disease, famine, war and natural disasters
Working with local institutions to build social and health services and to promote primary healthcare, with particular attention to maternal and child health
Strengthening health centres and training local health and social care staff
